Nikita Provotorov bd956de134 JBR-4271: JBR17 and dev built without --with-vendor-name parameter have invalid value of the java.vm.vendor property. 
Changes the default JBR's vendor from "Oracle Corporation" to "JetBrains s.r.o.".
